Description: pair of large mirrors with wooden frames and manual carvings from an ancient building in Milan which originally housed the municipal pharmacy. One of the two bears the probable dating of its realization in Roman numerals - 1890 - the other mentions the first aphorism of Hippocrates in Latin - ars longa vita brevis - which alludes in particular to the art of medicine.
